The masterplanned luxury resort at Praia do Porto consists of two significant Master Phases, which have been sub-divided into 15 smaller phases and will result in the creation of a modern touristic resort located approximately 80km from Recife (Brazil) with a 200,000 sq m nature reserve and 5km beach frontage.

The resort will comprise:

• 18 Hole Golf course, driving range, etc.

NORTH EAST BRAZIL
The North East of Brazil is the main “sun and beach” destination in the country and is also the area that is receiving the most investment at an international level. The main reasons for investment are the near perfect climate and the numerous semivirgin beaches along its beautiful coastline.

The weather in the North East is the best in the entire country with a yearly average temperature of 27 degrees and is stable and sunny virtually all year. In addition,the northeast is the closest point to Europe from Latin America and flying time is 7-8 hours.

Compared to many tropical destinations, Brazil benefits from a complete lack of natural phenomena such as hurricanes, tropical storms and earthquakes.
